Some of the great names of Rugby League’s past are gathering to ensure the game’s heart-felt friendship & legacy is guaranteed - and Australia’s very own is proud to partner the event.

The inaugural Legends of League Carnival on the NSW Central Coast will bring together names that people grew up with and admired across footy’s battlefields on a special day when the speed and work-rate might well have dropped off, but the desire to give back to the community & those who it need most has never been stronger.

The charity event, raising funds for the Mark Hughes Foundation (MHF) into brain cancer research is also a great opportunity for to support the MHF on a day where old and new friends, fans and punters come together in one almighty show of community strength!

The Chief Executive of Kelly Signell was quick to capture the day!

“Being owned by community clubs, we had no hesitation in sponsoring this unique and touching event,” Ms Signell said. “We want to live the philosophy of our shareholders, who give back to the community in countless ways, and we can’t wait to see this Legends Of League event become an iconic trademark on the sporting and charity calendar.”

Lunches, celebrations, story-telling, and pledges are all on the menu when packs down with Legends Of League for some old-style footy & banter, a tonne of laughs, and most importantly, a real sporting chance to boost the tremendous work already done by the MHF!
